What is the Magmatic Communications Referral Partner Program?

The Magmatic Communications Referral Partner Program is a mutual agreement between agency partners that offer complimentary services to that of Magmatic Communications to supply one another with Qualified Leads in exchange for a commission. Not only can the Partners earn some extra cash, but are able to excel in customer support and services by referring clients to a trusted agency partner.

Is there any cost to become a Magmatic Referral Partner?

None. Application and acceptance to the program is completely free of charge.

Who all can apply to be a Referral Partner?

The Referral Partner Program is currently limited to businesses owned and operated in Aruba with a minimum existence of 1 year. Ideally, potential partners must offer complementary services to that of Magmatic; and in some cases supplementary services may be entertained. Essentially, any business owner seeking a no-investment no-learning-curve way to add extra income and expand their service capability. At the moment, preferred business licenses requirements include: Limited Liability Companies, Corporations, and Sole Proprietorships.

Can I join your referral program if my company is not registered in Aruba?

No. Agency partners must have a registered business in Aruba to be eligible.

How much do you pay in commissions?

Magmatic Communications Referral Partners earn during 1 years’ time a 10% of gross sale amounts over AWG 500.00 from each customer referred. So, any time your referred customer buys a Magmatic services valued over five hundred Aruban Florins, you earn your commission – and vice versa.

How and when do I get paid my commissions?

Once a referred client has made their payment, the commission issuing Partner has 5 business days to notify the commission receiving Partner of his/her commission due. The commission receiving Partner must then send the commission issuing Partner an invoice with the stipulated commission amount due – with a 30-day payment term. It is then up to the commission issuing Partner to fulfill his/her payment duties in a timely matter.

How do I submit a Qualified Lead?

After you have been accepted into the Magmatic Referral Partner Program, you will be issued a digital or hard copy version of our Referral Submission Form.

What happens after I submit a Lead?

After submitting your Lead with the Lead Submission Form, you will be notified by email within 3-5 business days if your lead has been accepted. After being accepted, all you’ll need to do is introduce your referral to a Magmatic Communications representative. We’ll take it from there.

How long is my registered Lead valid for?

All Leads are valid for 1 year after you receive the Lead Acceptance Notification by email.

Can I join the program if I am an existing or past client of Magmatic Communications?

Of course! Some of the best referrals come from those we have worked with.

What sort of tools do you provide to your referral partners?

We provide our Partners with information, including but not limited to: links, banner images, e-mail templates, product descriptions, logo formats, and more. Just ask.

How long until I can start earning commissions?

The time can vary, but after being approved, it is really entirely up to you to determine how quickly you begin earning.
